9:00 – 9:15: Warm-up & dynamic stretching

9:15 – 10:45: Technical drills & footwork

10:45 – 11:00: Snack break

11:00 – 12:00: Small-group competitions

12:00 – 12:30: Lunch

12:30 – 2:30: Tactical play & scrimmages

2:30 – 3:00: Cool-down & review
